07.04.11 Renee & Kyle's Cape Cod Wedding - Photo & Video

Over the 4th of July weekend, we had the honor of capturing Renee & Kyle's day for both photography and videography down on Cape Cod. This was our first Cape Cod destination wedding. We've done several destination weddings before, just not on the Cape. Renee and Kyle booked us for their day via the phone and email meetings, so we didn't get to actually meet them until the day of and we hit it off right away. We had such an amazing time working with Renee and Kyle and their friends and family. Everyone was fun and energetic and the weather was perfect for their beachfront wedding.
Renee and Kyle had their ceremony and reception at the Popponesset Inn in Mashpee, with a very emotional first look before the ceremony. The details of the ceremony and reception were very much beach/cape inspired with sea glass, sand dollars, starfish, sailboats and ocean blue colors. Renee's dress was gorgeous and the vibrant yellow dresses that the bridesmaids wore were perfect for a July wedding. Their DJ was Charles Bernard and boy did he rock the house!
