Lauren + Ryan | A Mount Washington Hotel Wedding

Omni Mount Washington Hotel wedding photo

Lauren + Ryan were friends throughout most of high school.  He was at a different technical school but they had many mutual friends so they bumped into each other often. During Lauren's freshman year of college she was home for winter break and Ryan asked her out on a date! She was hesitant at first because she only thought of him as a good friend, but gave it a shot and it was the best decision she ever made!

As a couple, they love to hike in the White Mountains together and have hiked 26 of the NH 48 4,000 footers. They share a passion for fly fishing, both in freshwater rivers and the ocean and also have a love for craft beer and enjoy discovering new IPAs while going to different breweries.

Ryan proposed on Christmas Eve of 2016.  Lauren didn't have a clue it was coming but everyone else knew. They have a party each year so Lauren's entire family was over, and they invited Ryan's parents as well. With the help of Lauren's sisters, he decorated her parents' wine room in the basement with candles, rose petals and a beautiful cake. Once everyone had arrived, Lauren's Dad asked her to "go downstairs to get another bottle of wine". She was confused, because there was plenty of wine upstairs. The third time he asked her, she finally went down and noticed Ryan was following her. She assumed he wanted some alone time to say hello (he had barely spoken to her the whole night). When she walked into the room and turned on the light, she was in complete shock and could not really comprehend what was happening. Then Ryan gave her a present to open.... a small box. Her hands were shaking as she opened a snow angel ornament with a gorgeous ring tied to it! Then he got down on one knee and proposed! When they went back upstairs, everyone cheered with joy and congratulated them with hugs and champagne.

Lauren + Ryan got married on August 18th surrounded by their closest family and friends at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods NH.  It was such an honor to share in the day with them.  Here's their Movie Trailer Film!  Enjoy!  {Jaime}

Avery + Kevin | Monadnock Berries NH Wedding Videography

Monadnock Berries Wedding

Avery + Kevin met working at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center when Kevin asked Avery to play hangman and tic-tac-toe with him while sitting in the hallway.  As a couple, they like to go to the gym, go for walks, go out to dinner/movies, hang out with friends, watch movies, and play games.

When Kevin proposed, they had gone out to dinner, and Kevin had planned to do it at the restaurant, however it was crowded and he knew that Avery do not like to be the center of attention. Due to this, he waited until they returned to the car after dinner.

Let's Tell Your Story!

Caitlin + Dan's Wedding at Searles Castle

Caitlin and Dan were married on July 13th, with a ceremony at St. Thomas Aquinas in Derry and a reception at Searles Castle in Windham.

We wanted to feature this wedding particularly because the wedding planner who hired us is one of our favorites. Tracy Dapp and her crew from Inked Events are always a treat to work with. We wanted to thank them for making this wedding—and all of the weddings that they’ve worked with us to plan—run so smoothly. Tracy truly excels at helping couples express what matters most to them and we felt like Caitlin and Dan’s love story was captured in all the details of their wedding day. From the stunning florals to the shamrock details on their cupcakes, so much of their wedding day reflected their vision.

Caitlin and Dan’s Searles Castle Wedding

On the day of the wedding, we covered both the bride and groom as they got ready, with second shooter Bruce Preston hanging out with the guys to start the day. We knew that Caitlin and Dan had both worked so hard to prepare for this big day, and the anticipation of the culmination of their story up to that point was palpable. Caitlin looked so excited in all the images leading up to the ceremony.

St. Thomas Aquinas was an amazing backdrop for their ceremony, with its soaring ceilings and stunning stained glass windows. The wedding itself was very traditional, from Caitlin’s grand entrance as her father walked her down the aisle to the receiving line at the end of the ceremony. That’s something that you hardly see anymore, but it was fun to see the bride and groom as they greeted friends and family and celebrated together. After the ceremony, we did portraits with the bride, groom and wedding party.

The reception at the Searles Castle was nothing short of wonderful. From the very moment that Caitlin and Dan were introduced as husband and wife, every moment was filled with joy and smiles.

Dan & Caitlin, we want to with both of you all the best in your new lives together. Thank you for letting us be part of your celebration.

Caitlin + Brett | Inn on Newfound Lake NH Wedding Videography

Movie Trailer 010008;21

Caitlin + Brett met through online dating but soon realized that they had mutual friends in common!  As a couple, they are very active together: run road races together, play on a rec volleyball team, and take workout classes at the gym. They like to relax at the lake, travel, visit with family and friends.

On St. Patrick’s Day (Caitlin’s favorite holiday), Brett proposed at their home and completely surprised Caitlin! She thought they were going out to celebrate at a local Irish bar, but when she came home he was all dressed up in a suit and a green tie with champagne (and some Guinness) on the table! He got down on one knee and asked Caitlin to spend the rest of her life with him.  Of course she said yes!

Caitlin + Brett  got married on the shores of Newfound Lake and had their reception in the gorgeous barn at the Inn on Newfound Lake.  It was such an honor to share in the day with them.  Here's their Movie Trailer Film!  Enjoy!  {Jaime + Kevin}

Let's Tell Your Story!

Erin + Michael | Portsmouth Harbor Events Center Seacoast NH Wedding Videography

Erin + Michael met through two of Erin's good friends. They first met in Lynchburg where Erin was going to school at the time and the rest is history!  As a couple, Erin + Michael have a really awesome core group of friends that they get to hang out with often. They go out to eat at cool places in Roanoke, go to outdoor concerts during the summer and just love to be outside when they can.

When Michael proposed, they had planned on going out and celebrating their 2 year anniversary on August 12th. At the last minute (at least Erin thought it was last minute--but Michael had it all planned) Michael asked if they could go out that Wednesday before which was August 9th. Erin agreed and thought nothing of it. She got off work and he told her that they had reservations for dinner. Erin got ready and they headed out. Michael said they were going to go up to the Mill Mountain Star (a Roanoke Virginia landmark) and halfway up the mountain he said he had a surprise and that she needed to close her eyes. When he told her to open her eyes she didn't see anything and was rather confused. They then walked up to the lookout at the mountain and he said he was going to be right back. A few minutes later his uncle tapped Erin on the shoulder and she said "what are you doing here?" She turned around even more to see her parents standing there.  She then looked up even more and ALL of their family and friends were standing around. Erin's parents stepped aside and Michael took her hand and got down on one knee.  She of course said YES!

Erin + Michael got married at the South Church in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and had their reception at the Portsmouth Harbor Events Center.  It was such an honor to share in the day with them.  Here's their Movie Trailer Film!  Enjoy!  {Jaime, Mike + Zach}
