Shannon & Greg - Chase House, Meredith, NH Wedding Photography

Posted by Peter Clayman on Mon, Jun 30, 2014 @ 04:45 PM

Shannon and Greg were married on another glorious Saturday at The Chase House in Meredith, NH (www.millfalls.com) which is one of the properties at Mill Falls that typically are for weddings under 125 people.  With the backdrop of Lake Winnipesaukee they were ready to go.

Bridal preparation started in the form of detail shots of the dress and all the accessories such as shoes, jewlery, etc.  Flowers were gorgeous and many of them were done by Sue over at Lakes Region Floral (www.lakesregionfloralstudio.com)

The ceremony was made special by the father of the bride singing and people from his band provided the background music before, during and after the ceremony.

As for the formal and creative wedding photos we went across the street onto the docks for some lake effect wedding photos :)

The reception had some nice party favors in the way of peanut butter cookies...yum...and they had a red white and blue theme with signs and place cards.  All in all a very enjoyable day for our bride and groom congratgs to Shannon and Greg!

Jen and Dan are one good looking couple and were a blast to be with.  They had their wedding last Saturday at the always great Church Landing in Meredith, NH (www.millfalls.com). They had amazing weather and an amazing bridal party that featured one of our brides from a few years ago.  They also did a first look which is always fun...Aaron Topher (www.aarontopher.com) was the DJ and pianist and did a great job.  Hollie the wedding coordinator extrodinaire at Church Landing did a great job as well.  Very sweet and perfect day.  Enjoy the picschurch landing, nh wedding photographyChurch Landing, NH wedding photographychurch landing, nh wedding photographychurch landing, nh wedding photographychurch landing, nh wedding photography

Winter Wedding Highlight Film at Church Landing, Meredith NH

Posted by Jaime Wood on Thu, Feb 16, 2012 @ 09:28 AM

We don't get many winter weddings, but I love it when we do.  Not only does it keep us on our toes creatively, but it's nice to have a change of season to work with for shots.   This past Saturday, we were up at Church Landing during Meredith's Great Rotary Fishing Derby.  And the best catch of the day, was Karen & Travis!

Karen & Travis are big outdoor people, with a love of fishing (both water and ice), snowmobiling and more so it was very appropriate that they got married not only in the winter, but on the day of the derby.  It was questionable to whether or not the derby was going to happen on Meredith Bay with the warm winter we've had.  There was dangerous thin ice all over the lake.  But we were very luck that we were able to venture out onto the ice for some fun photo and video opportunities!

I absolutely loved all the cool details that Karen & Travis thought of for their wedding day.  Karen is a graphic designer, so it all comes naturally to her.  The guest book they had was a picture from their engagement session that was turned into a puzzle and they had each guest sign the back of a puzzle piece.  How cool is that?!?!  There was a rustic birch tree theme throughout from the place card holders, to the candles spread around the venue, and of course their cake.  The flowers were awesome shades of purple and pink, which brought a nice pop of color to a cold winter day and they chose to have purple uplighting in the recepiton.  I have to say, uplighting is an absolute MUST!  It totally changes the feel and look of the venue and adds such a great feel to the shots we take in both photography and video.  I highly recommend it!

I hope you enjoy Karen & Travis' highlight film.  I sure had a blast working with them and creating this for them.  Thank you Karen & Travis for letting me share in your amazing day!

All my best, Jaime

Julie & Matt's Church Landing Wedding Videography Highlight

Posted by Jaime Wood on Mon, Oct 04, 2010 @ 09:27 AM

Church Landing September WeddingOn Saturday September 25th, I had the amazing pleasure of sharing the day with Julie & Matt as they began their lives together as a married couple.  One of the things I love most about being a wedding filmmaker is that I get to experience the raw love and emotion of couples on one of the best days of their lives and it makes me reminisce back to my wedding day every time.  So, to be a part of such a beautiful day on what was also my 5 year wedding anniversary was extra special.  =)  Julie & Matt got married at Church Landing in Meredith and it was the perfect fall day.  They did a "First Look" which is becoming more and more popular with brides and I really enjoy as well!

The fine details of the day were absolutely stunning from the awesome bright blue and orange colors that were in the flowers and bridesmaid gowns right down to Julie's blue shoes.  The flower arrangements were gorgeous and Julie's dress was simply genius.  Her dress consisted of 2 parts - a long and a short.

For the ceremony and formal pictures, Julie had a full length gown with a lace embroidered bodice and simple white shoes.  But for the reception, all Julie had to do, was remove her sash and take off her skirt and she was in a short fully lace embroidered dress perfect for dancing the night away.  She also changed her shoes to some dazzling blue high heels.  Two wedding dresses in one, with the easiest change!

I had so much fun spending the day with Julie & Matt and their family.  And I was so excited to see First Class playing during the reception.  Here's their highlight film.  I hope you love it!

All my best, Jaime.
