Bishop Farm NH Wedding Videography : Lauren + Joel

Posted by Jaime Wood on Sat, Dec 12, 2015 @ 10:39 AM

Bishop Farm Wedding Video

After college Lauren moved back home to North Conway and was working for her dad during the week and waitressing on the weekends.  Joel was a senior at UNH and used to visit Berlin once in a while.  While working at The Red Fox, Lauren became good friends with another waitress that knew Joel from high school and set the two of them up.  They had their first date at a bar in Berlin and immediately hit if off.  From there, they saw eachother every weekend until Joel came home from school for the summer.  Joel's surprise proposal happened when Lauren got home from a friends bridal shower.  He had the lights off when she walked in and a path of candles and fresh rose petals leading into the bedroom where Joel was all dressed up and waiting for her.

Being from northern NH, Lauren and Joel like to make the most of what it's beauty has to offer.  They love to ski and snowshoe, camp, kayak and go hiking.  They are also big Patriots and Bruins fans.  For their late fall wedding, they picked a location close to home.... Bishop Farm B&B in Lisbon NH.  Such an amazing spot!  The converted cow barn for the ceremony is GORGEOUS with stained glass windows and rustic beams.  The barn for the reception is just as amazing.

It was such an honor to share in their day.  Thank you for letting us capture this day for you.  Enjoy the Wedding Film!  {Jaime }

Bedford Village Inn Wedding Videography : Donna + Robert

Posted by Jaime Wood on Fri, Dec 04, 2015 @ 07:58 PM

Bedford Village Inn Winter Wedding Video

Donna and Robert were set up by Donna's longtime friend of 28 years, Sandy.  Donna was convinced that she was done dating and had found a peaceful place in her life but there were 4 people (Sandy Robert's cousin, Diane his sister and Diane's husband) conspiring to get Donna and Robert together.  After Diane not taking no for an answer, Robert finally agreed to call Donna.  The first phone conversation lasted over 3 hours and they learned how very much on the same page with life, love and family they were.  Their first date was on a Sunday in June at Buckley's Steak House in Merrimack NH.  The night was full of great conversation, dinner and wine and after many hours they found they were the last guests in the dining room.

Robert proposed in February while on their first vacation together to Anguilla.  After a long day of traveling, Robert secretly ordered some champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate truffles delivered to the room after dinner and it was then that he asked Donna to be his wife.  Of course she said yes and that brings us to their amazing wedding day on November 28th at The Bedford Village Inn.

Thank you for letting us capture this day for you.  Enjoy the Sneak Peek!  {Jaime }

Alyson's Orchard Halloween Wedding Video : Kim + Doug

Halloween Wedding Alysons Orchard

On Halloween, I had the honor of sharing in Kim + Doug's amazing Halloween themed wedding at Alyson's Orchard in Walpole NH.  I love it when couples mix things up from the traditional wedding!  They got ready on site at Alyson's lodging and had their ceremony down at Sarma's Pond.  The bridal party each wore traditional clothing, but with a slight twist.  The bridesmaids all had on fun tights beneath their dresses, and the guys had suspenders that lit up.  It was fun to see all the guests in costumes, there was some really creative ones,  and no corner was left without a halloween decoration.  Their friend performed part of the ceremony which you will hear in the film and it was amazing.  Love In Peace... Enjoy!  {Jaime + Matt}

Why Wedding Video Is So Important... A Bride's Point of View

Posted by Holly Clayman on Wed, May 20, 2015 @ 12:45 PM

I am lucky enough to have married my best friend at the beautiful  Omni Mt. Washington Hotel in February. This was a second wedding for both of us and particularly special to me because we officially combined our family. I wanted pictures to capture the day and have something to share with the children. We also had a wedding cinematic film. NH Images performed both photography and video. I had no idea what to expect on the wedding day.  I remember being able to enjoy my day and being very excited too!

As many brides know, the day is a blur. I tried to take everything in and remember certain moments, but its such an emotional day. Coming back from our honeymoon we were able to view the sneak peak… All I can say is wow. I am so happy that I have this treasured movie of my wedding. Watching the video literally brought me right back to how I felt on my wedding day.

There were so many details I missed that I was able to watch on the film. These are my top reasons why I truly believe every wedding should have video…

1) The Vows- We wrote our own vows and I can listen to my husbands vows to me and hear every emotional word. Also my dad is hard of hearing, he actually missed most of the vows, and we were able to share the film with him.

2) The Details- I spent so many hours planning every tiny detail out… Pictures are great for details, but to actually see your guests enjoying your hard work is priceless.

3) The People- On your wedding day you are pulled in a million different directions. The video captured guests interacting and enjoying themselves that I missed.

4) The Unobtrusiveness- Honestly I don’t remember seeing the videographer except for maybe about 3 minutes when I was getting ready. I have no idea what kind of ninja skills they use, but it was definitely an amazing coordinated effort between the photographers and videographers. I would recommend always use the same company for photo and video. Everything was coordinated and I was not even aware of them for most of the wedding!

5)The Story- My wedding video tells a complete story of my day. Some guests and family could not attend but were able to watch the video and see all the details along with hear our personal vows to each other and see our reactions, share in our joy.

I love to pull up the video now and watch with my husband and children. It was a special day and I am so happy that I have this movie to always bring me back.

Church Landing Wedding Videography, Meredith NH : Alexandra + Nick

Posted by Jaime Wood on Wed, Apr 29, 2015 @ 03:41 PM

Church Landing Wedding

Alexandra, originally from Massachusetts + Nick originally from Vermont, met while attending college in Vermont and had their wedding in New Hampshire.

Sticking with tradition, Alex and Nick did not do a first look and Nick saw her for the first time when she walked through the doors at St. Joseph's Church in Laconia.  Following their beautiful ceremony, everyone headed over to Church Landing in Meredith for the reception.

The Massachusetts and Vermont origins were incorporated into their reception details with a Cornhole Game for guests to sign in lieu of a guest book that each had a state on them.  They also had their cake toppers with the state silhouettes.  The reception began with some fun introductions and a mini bridal party dance off.  It was a great night with some true heartfelt toasts.  We had a lot of fun sharing in this special day, thank you Alex + Nick.  Here's their Sneak Peek film.  Enjoy!
